The COVID-19 crisis has brought about many changes to the world and the way in which we interact with one another. In response to the many questions surrounding the current environment, we are issuing the following guidance on meals:

New Employee Access to Connexxus Portal May Be Impacted

Beginning April 25, 2020, as the next wave of campuses join UCPath, the UC Travel Center will experience some blackout periods, which will affect new employees hired between April 25, 2020 and June 1, 2020, and may affect their access to the Connexxus Portal, Pre-Trip Authorization (PTA) and Express system.

Travel Cancellation & Reimbursement FAQs Regarding COVID-19

The following FAQs apply to travel cancellation and reimbursement issues resulting from the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). These FAQs are in effect until further notice, and are subject to change as the situation develops. Before seeking reimbursement from the University, please make all efforts to obtain a full refund from the vendor.

Ground Transportation Changes at LAX

On Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 3 a.m., the Central Terminal Area (CTA) of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) will be undergoing a re-configuration of ground transportation waiting areas. This will affect/impact everyone traveling in and out Los Angeles International Airport. As the starting date approaches, it will be important to inform every one of the upcoming change. Several ground transportation drop off/pick up locations are moving.

Beginning March 1, 2019, as the next wave of campuses joins UCPath, the UC Travel Center will experience some blackout periods, which will affect new employees and may affect their access to the Connexxus Portal, Pre-Trip Authorization (PTA) and Express system.

When: Friday, March 1 at 5:00pm – Thursday, March 7 at 8:00am

            Thursday, March 14 at 5:00pm – Wednesday, March 20 at 8:00am

UCLA Express Procedures During UCPath Data Conversion

On September 1, 2018, UCLA will begin their transition to UCPath. During this transition, there will be limitations on the access to the Express reimbursement system for new employees and limitations on updates to department proxy access for employees who have changes to their employee profile. Instructions are provided below for these users.

UC Travel Center Procedures During UCPath Data Conversion

On September 1, 2018, UCLA and UCSB will begin their transition to UCPath. During this transition, there will be limitations on the access to the Pre-Trip Authorization (PTA) system for new employees. Instructions are provided below in case you are required to book airline tickets for new employees during this period.
