New Employee Access to Connexxus Portal May Be Impacted

Beginning April 25, 2020, as the next wave of campuses join UCPath, the UC Travel Center will experience some blackout periods, which will affect new employees hired between April 25, 2020 and June 1, 2020, and may affect their access to the Connexxus Portal, Pre-Trip Authorization (PTA) and Express system.

Travel Notice: Assembly Bill 1887

State-funded travel restrictions for four additional U.S. states.

The California Attorney General’s office has updated the list of states where state funds may NOT be used for travel. Idaho is the latest state, effective July 1, 2020.


There are now 12 states where AB 1887 prohibits the use of state funds to pay for travel to a state on the Attorney General’s list, except where one of the statutory exceptions applies. It does not affect travel that is paid for or reimbursed using non-state funds.
