After Hours Emergency Service Fee

UC Travel Center After-Hours Emergency Service provides travelers with personalized service outside of normal business hours wherever they are traveling. Your After-Hours agent will have access to the traveler’s itinerary, in addition to all company policies and parameters.

Effective December 1, 2015, UC Travel Center will begin to charge $30.00 for After Hours Emergency Service, one of UC Travel Center’s standard Agency Service Fees posted in Connexxus. This fee is in addition to any airline and agency standard ticket fees. It will be charged to the traveler’s department for transaction paid by direct bill or T&E/personal credit card.

In case of involuntary changes (natural disasters, flight cancellations, schedule changes) that cannot wait to be addressed during our normal business hours, this fee may be waived. If applicable, this fee will show as ‘After-Hour Service Fee’ on your invoices.
