Accessing Your Account From the Web

 

You may review your GE MasterCard account information on the web by accessing

www.genetservice.com

 

 

 

 

 

How do I view the current activity summary (i.e. available credit, balance, etc.)?

  1. Select the Transactions Tab from the top of the screen
  2. Select Current from the left side of the screen
  3. The information will be displayed on the left side of the screen

 

 

 

How do I view current transactions?

  1. Select the Transactions Tab from the top of the screen
  2. Select Current from the left side of the screen
  3. The information will be displayed on the right side of the screen

 

 

 

How do I view specific details for a current transaction?

  1. Select the Transactions Tab from the top of the screen
  2. Select Current from the left side of the screen
  3. Locate charge on the right side of the screen
  4. Select the date of the charge (i.e. "04/26/2000") hyperlink
  5. The merchant information, merchant detail, transaction date, and addendum detail (receipt information) will be displayed

 

 

 

How do I view past transactions?

  1. Select the Transactions Tab from the top of the screen
  2. Select Past from the left side of the screen
  3. Locate the cycle date on the left side of the screen
  4. Select the cycle date (i.e. "04/20/2000") hyperlink
  5. The account summary and transactions will be displayed

 

 

 

How do I download my statement to Quicken or Microsoft Money?

  1. Select the Transactions Tab from the top of the screen
  2. Select Past from the left side of the screen
  3. Locate the cycle date from the left side of the screen
  4. Select the cycle date (i.e. "04/20/2000") hyperlink
  5. Select Download from the middle of the screen'

 

 

 

How do I view my account information (i.e. address, phone numbers, credit limit, and next payment due)?

  1. Select the Acct Admin Tab from the top of the screen
  2. Select Acct Info from the left side of the screen
  3. The cardholder and account information will be displayed

 

 

 

How do I change my address?

  1. Select the Acct Admin Tab from the top of the screen
  2. Select Cardholder Info from the left side of the screen
  3. Enter the new address
  4. Select Submit from the bottom of the screen

 

 

 

How do I change my email address?

  1. Select the Settings Tab from the top of the screen
  2. Enter the new email address
  3. Select Enter Changes from the bottom of the screen

 

 

 

How do I change my password?

  1. Select the Settings Tab from the top of the screen
  2. Enter the old password
  3. Enter the new password
  4. Enter the new password again
  5. Select Enter Changes from the bottom of the screen

 

 

 

How do I add another account under my social security number?

  1. Select the Settings Tab from the top of the screen
  2. Select Add New Account from the left side of the screen
  3. Enter the last four numbers of your social security number in the Social Security field
  4. Enter your additional account number
  5. Select Add Account from the bottom of the screen

 

 

 

How do I switch between my accounts?

  1. Select the Settings Tab from the top of the screen
  2. Select Switch Accounts from the left side of the screen
  3. Locate the account number you would like to view
  4. Select the name (i.e. "John B Doe") hyperlink
  5. The other account will be displayed
