Your Account From the Web
You may review your GE MasterCard account
information on the web by accessing
www.genetservice.com
How
do I view the current activity summary (i.e. available credit, balance, etc.)?
- Select the Transactions Tab from the top of
the screen
- Select Current from the left side of the
screen
- The information will be displayed on the left side
of the screen
How do I
view current transactions?
- Select the Transactions Tab from the top of
the screen
- Select Current from the left side of the
screen
- The information will be displayed on the right side
of the screen
How
do I view specific details for a current transaction?
- Select the Transactions Tab from the top of
the screen
- Select Current from the left side of the
screen
- Locate charge on the right side of the screen
- Select the date of the charge (i.e.
"04/26/2000") hyperlink
- The merchant information, merchant detail,
transaction date, and addendum detail (receipt information) will be
displayed
How do I
view past transactions?
- Select the Transactions Tab from the top of
the screen
- Select Past from the left side of the screen
- Locate the cycle date on the left side of the screen
- Select the cycle date (i.e. "04/20/2000")

How do I download my
statement to Quicken or Microsoft Money?
- Select the Transactions Tab from the top of
the screen
- Select Past from the left side of the screen
- Locate the cycle date from the left side of the
screen

- Select the Acct Admin Tab from the top of the
screen
- Select Acct Info from the left side of the
screen
- The cardholder and account information will be
displayed

my address?
- Select the Acct Admin Tab from the top of the
screen
- Select Cardholder Info from the left side of
the screen
- Enter the new address
- Select Submit from the bottom of the screen
How do I
change my email address?
- Select the Settings Tab from the top of the
screen
- Enter the new email address
- Select Enter Changes from the bottom of the
screen
How do I change
my password?
- Select the Settings Tab from the top of the
screen
- Enter the old password
- Enter the new password
- Enter the new password again
- Select Enter Changes from the bottom of the
screen
How
do I add another account under my social security number?
- Select the Settings Tab from the top of the
screen
- Select Add New Account from the left side of
the screen
- Enter the last four numbers of your social security
number in the Social Security field
- Enter your additional account number
- Select Add Account from the bottom of the
screen
How do I
switch between my accounts?
- Select the Settings Tab from the top of the
screen
- Select Switch Accounts from the left side of
the screen
- Locate the account number you would like to view
- Select the name (i.e. "John B Doe")
